    Set the trip

    Start with the place the day actually begins. Pick a Pune or PCMC area, set the start and return time, then choose self-pickup or doorstep delivery.

  2. Step 2

    See every number

    The quote is the decision. Rental, any kilometre or doorstep add-on, and the refundable deposit are listed apart, so the amount due is not one blended figure.

    • A doorstep fee appears only if delivery is selected

  3. Step 3

    Verify the driver

    The person who books must be present with the originals. If someone else will also drive, add that person as a verified secondary driver during WhatsApp KYC.

    • The booking driver must be 21 or older
    • Bring an original, valid Indian driving licence
    • Bring an original Aadhaar or passport

  4. Step 4

    Collect and return

    Keys follow a photo and video inspection. Fuel is photographed then. Bring the car back the same way, to the same place, at that fuel level.

    • Self-pickup is available 24/7, with 1 hour notice
    • Doorstep delivery is available 24/7, with 3 hours notice
    • A late pickup shortens the rental. The return time stays put.

Choose this while booking. The return uses the same method and location.

Self-pickup

24/7 · 1 hour notice

Collect from the hub. A late pickup can be up to 10 hours after the scheduled time, but never after the booked return. The return time does not move.

Doorstep

12:00 AM–12:00 PM · 3 hours notice

The car comes to the address on the booking. The executive waits up to one hour. If you miss that window, you can still self-pick up at the hub until the same cutoff.

After the drive

Return it as it left.

Fuel is level to level. A shortfall is charged at the fuel cost plus a ₹300 refuelling fee. Excess fuel is not refunded.

Same window

The booked return time does not extend if pickup was late.

Return by the method and location shown on the booking.

Deposit last

The refundable deposit is closed after the return inspection.
